Pili Carrera to present its new Spring/Summer Collection 2012 at the Pitti Bimbo fashion show in Florence
The world’s most important children’s fashion show features a demanding set of participation criteria.
Pili Carrera will participate once more at the world’s leading children’s fashion show, the Pitti Immagine Bimbo Fair, held from tomorrow until Saturday. At this 73rd edition of the event the Galician label will presents its new Spring/Summer 2012 Collection, marked by its mixtures of patterns and sharply contrasting colors. The collection is built around 4 lines: New Romantic, Happy Lemon, Hippy Chic and Liberty.
The fair, held twice yearly at the emblematic Fortezza da Basso in the city of Florence, is attended by over 500 exhibiting brands and 10,000 professional visitors hailing from all around the world, making it a genuine landmark event in the area of children’s fashion trends. This fair constitutes an important occasion at which the company forges new commercial contacts allowing it to expand its presence in its different foreign markets, as evidenced by the latest business agreements it has signed, such as that with the Harvey Nichols department store in London.
This year the company has opened four stores, located in Spain, Portugal and the U.S., with plans calling for the opening of four more before the year is out. Currently the Galician business is a leader in the production and distribution of children's apparel, with a sales network present in Spain, the U.S., Mexico, Russia and Portugal.
